Payment

Consultation fees do not include medications. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS.
Private Health Fund rebates may apply where eligible.

Preparing for Your First Visit

Please bring any relevant blood test results, imaging reports, and a list of all current medications and supplements.
Arriving a few minutes early helps us remain on schedule and provide timely care to all patients.

Appointment Timeliness

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other patients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients in need.

Consultation Duration

Appointments are scheduled for 30–60 minutes to ensure thorough and personalised care.

Missed Appointments & No-Shows

A missed appointment or no-show is defined as failure to notify the clinic at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments will incur a $50 fee.
Patients who repeatedly miss appointments without adequate notice may be asked to seek care elsewhere.

Exceptions, We understand that emergencies occur and will make reasonable exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
